Take a deep breath and be ready to go all out in this high-energy, full-body workout that scales to your fitness level and abilities. With ever-changing exercises that will build cardio and burn calories, you might get tired, but you’ll never be bored. Every class is different, but will follow the basic format of alternating between strength exercises and tabatas. (A “Tabata” is four-minutes of exercise where you interval between giving near-maximum effort for 20 seconds and resting for 10.) Each class will help you challenge yourself a little more.

PRIME is a class and community based on creating a stronger and healthier lifestyle. The class will be built upon two platforms, both in the gym success and out of gym success. The in class platform will be based upon functional cross training. We will incorporate work from pull-ups to kettle bell swings, from push ups to handstand push ups. Before intensity will come the integrity and understanding to each and every movement. The out of gym success will be based upon the understanding and importance of proper nutrition and balance of stressors. With better training on performance and better training on nutrition, this is how we become a better version of ourselves and become PRIME.

This mat class will teach the classic Pilates exercises in the order in which Joseph Pilates created. Each exercise will focus on strengthening the core muscles while developing strength, enhancing muscle symmetry and coordination, and alignment and flexibility. The classic Pilates method develops a connection between the body and the mind that translates into daily life.
This class is a cross-conditioning format super-charged with cardio and agility intervals, strength training, core conditioning, and flexibility challenges. Increase your strength and endurance with a variety of paced cardio segments and compound progression techniques that keep your workouts fresh and results driven. Workouts include use of barbells, dumbbells, BOSU, stability balls, elastic bands and more! Simple footwork, all levels welcome, intensity modifications provided from beginner to elite.

It’s the total core workout. In this class you will take basic abdominal work and lower back exercises, and add challenging aspects to some sets. Equipment options that may be used include: the bosu balance trainer, the step, and/or weights. This class will help develop a toned physique and improve total body strength, while developing your core muscles.

An energetic and invigorating class that will incorporate elements from the various styles of yoga into a powerful vinyasa, or ‘flow’, series. You will work through a number of breath-synchronized movements. The benefits of Yoga include an increase in flexibility and strength, improved muscle tone, and improved posture.
